"Prior to attending I guess I was probably expecting more of a weight lifting type program, which was not really what I was after but I think if you pick up a tip or two that's great. I am definitely not a natural athlete. Flexibility, mobility etc definitely need work and yes I will definitely use those exercises we did and the ones on the Strength units. I love the exercise/stretch involving the hip flexor that will get some use.

I have never really heard anything about this type of strength training. I was impressed that the exercises are quite simple and able to be performed almost anywhere and from a small amount of time to longer sessions as suits. I also liked that there were options for those like me who do not have good mobility to use aids to still be able to do the exercises and progress.

As I said I am really looking to achieve my goals to be fit and injury free are my main priorities and I think this strength training will help me achieve these goals. Thanks for providing an engaging session."
