Strength For Endurance has been our life and passion for over 10 years. As a husband and wife team with many years of training, education and performance between us, we strive to create the best coaching environment and experience for everyone we work with.

Option A:
1-1 Strength & Conditioning Coaching
£150 - £200 per month
For athletes who want to build strength, move well, and support their training.
This option focuses on giving you the structure and guidance needed to stay consistent, reduce niggles, move past injury and feel stronger in your sport.
What’s included:
Personalised Strength & Conditioning/ Injury Rehab Program
Focus on movement quality, strength, and resilience
Programming that fits around your current training
Ongoing coach support, feedback, and adjustments
Help integrating S&C into your week effectively
Best for:
Athletes who already have their sport training in place and want to add the strength work to overcome injury and keep them progressing.
Option B:
1-1 S&C + Running Coaching
£200 - £250 per month
For athletes who want joined-up coaching across both strength work and running.
We bring everything together - so your training, recovery, and progression are aligned, and nothing is working against you.
What’s included:
Integrated Strength & Conditioning and Run Program
Training tailored to your goals, history, and lifestyle
Careful management of training load to keep you progressing consistently
Ongoing review of movement, strength, and running
Regular coach input, feedback, and support
Guidance around recovery, nutrition, and injury prevention
Access to trusted specialists when needed
Best for:
Athletes who want their running and strength working together, with clear direction and ongoing support.
