What to Expect?

At Strength For Endurance, we work with everyday endurance athletes who want to train consistently and build strength that supports their goals.

And we want to take you behind the scenes of how we coach.

In the past we’ve waited until clients have signed up to go through this 2 week process. But for you as the potential client, that requires putting a lot of trust in something you haven’t yet experienced.

So over the next 14 days you’ll complete:

  • Movement & Strength Testing

  • Run Gait Analysis

  • Training Load & Weekly Schedule Review

  • 7-day Food Diary

  • Recovery & Lifestyle Audit

  • Injury History Review

This gives us a full picture of you - not just your mileage.

Towards the end of your 2 weeks we’ll jump on a call and look at all the videos, numbers and data - together.

This process allows us to give you:

  • A clear explanation of your key strength gaps

  • Insight into load management issues

  • Recovery blind spots

  • Nutrition improvements

  • What will make the biggest difference

You’ll leave knowing exactly what to work on.


wHAT’S THE CATCH?

There isn’t one.

At the end of your 2 weeks, you’ll have two choices:

  1. Take your roadmap and implement it yourself

  2. Continue with us inside our monthly coaching program, where we guide and adjust everything for you

If you’re serious about becoming a stronger, more resilient endurance athlete - the second option usually makes sense.

But there’s no pressure.

FAQ’S

Is this suitable if I’m new to running?

Absolutely, we work with all abilities and levels of experience from people wanting to run their first 5k to ultra marathon events.

This is a great place to start as you begin your running, as you’ll be able to ensure your body is strong enough to manage the increase in training.

Do I need gym access?

No, we have a 50/50 split of clients who train from home and those who train in the gym. We can completely adapt your trial week to the equipment and environment you have available.

What if I’m currently injured?

Many clients come to us injured, and we’ve had so much success in getting them past injury.

The steps you take in addressing and recovering from injury are crucial and thats often where people first see the true value of our support - to know what they can and can’t do. So, if currently injured we will factor this in and tailor your trial period accordingly.
