Knee Arthroscopy - 12months knee pain

Key Strengths:
Good Shoulder and ankle mobility
Experienced athlete
Key Weaknesses:
Knee pain
Squat/SL squat mechanics
Landing mechanics/plyometrics
Posterior chain weakness – especially left side.
Reduced upper body strength

Restore squat mechanics
Unilateral strength (anterior and posterior chain)
Work on upper body and core strength
Improving run gait through simple cues and reinforcing with targeting strength work
