before your session
Great news, your consultation session is booked in and we’re really looking forward to seeing you!
By this point you should have received an email containing your Training PAR-Q and Waiver to read and sign. If you haven’t, not to worry, you can find a copy here, so just make sure you complete it and send back to us as soon as possible, before your session.
what to expect from your consultation
SFE Movement Screen
Identifying the mobility of the major joint structures throughout your body will enable us to better understand your biomechanics, as well as any potential areas of restriction which are contributing to injury or imbalances in your performance.
SFE Bodyweight Testing
Exploring your key strengths and weaknesses even before we add load can establish your current baseline, and help tailor your individual strength goals. Even the most competent of athletes can have weakness with some basic movements.
SFE Strength Testing
Depending on your level of strength and conditioning experience, we’ll look at how you perform with load to identify your levels of maximal strength and power across key compound movements.
SFE Run Gait Analysis
Our physical analysis of your running gait will look at what happens under stress and fatigue, as these conditions are where problems often start to crop up, rather than when you’re fresh off the blocks.
individualised 4 week strength program
Delivered via our remote and easy-to-use online training platform, we’ll use findings from our consultation to tailor your initial program. With unlimited accountability and coach feedback as well as an insight into our training community and resources, you’ll benefit from the full Strength for Endurance experience.

Where to find us
Your consultation will take place at:
Strength For Endurance Ltd
61 The Rank, Maiden Bradley, Warminster BA12 7JF
There is free, unrestricted parking on the road on The Rank. You will see number 61, which is our residential property, however there is a driveway up the side of number 60 for clients. Walk up there and the SFE Training Studio is round the back on the left, through the gates.
If you have any questions, you can reach Kriss via phone or WhatsApp on 07572 125 712
WHAT TO BRING
For your consultation session you’ll need to wear suitable training clothing.
Please bring with you any running trainers you currently wear. For the benefit of your run gait analysis, it’s useful to wear contrasting colours (top and shorts) and clothing which isn’t too baggy to allow us to see your form and any significant muscular imbalances. Please note that there are no shower facilities available at the studio.
You’ll walk away with:
A much better understanding of your weaknesses and imbalances, and how they are impacting your physical performance
An insight into other areas that you may be falling short in, such as training load, recovery, management of injury, nutrition and psychological aspects that might be impacting your health and performance
A clear understanding of how to structure and integrate your strength program alongside your current training program
An individualised look into your overall training/recovery/nutrition approach
A personal record of your Mobility and Strength test results
