The SFE Athlete Pathway is our 12 Week Strength Training Course with a more personalised approach.

Knowing what Strength Training to do as well as how and when to do it can be confusing and frustrating, especially when you’re fitting it in around other training, work and family. This means you probably end up with no consistency and when you do get round to it it’s pretty random and not really giving you much benefit.

The Athlete Pathway enables us to do the hard work for you. The 12 Week Course will provide you with structure, someone to be accountable to as well as the flexibility and adaptability that it required with a busy schedule. More importantly at the end of 12 Weeks if you’ve been consistent with your training we can guarantee that you are going to 1. Feel Stronger 2. Have Less Pain & 3. Be Performing Better.

Step 1:

  • If you think the SFE Athlete Pathway is just what you need…Fantastic!

  • We’ll start off by asking you a few questions about your training experience, past injuries, future goals etc.

  • This will allow us to start building a picture about the type of athlete you are

  • We’ll get you set up on our online training platform and book you in for your initial consultation call.

Step 2:

  • Next we’ll get you working through a few screening tests to identify any strengths and weaknesses that could be affecting your performance (don’t worry, it’s nothing to be afraid of!)

  • With the results, we’ll then discuss our observations during your initial consultation call

  • It’s time to crack on and get training!

Step 3 :

  • During your 12 Week journey we’ll support you every step of the way

  • You’ll have unlimited contact with your coach via our online messaging platform

  • Remember if an unexpected race, holiday, illness or injury crops up we have the ability to adjust your program accordingly… and when you’re ready, you’ll just pick up where you left off

  • Once you’ve completed your first 12 Week Pathway (and experienced the difference it’s made) we can continue you on with your next 12 Week Pathway and so on…
