Why do I need to complete a MOBILISE/Movement screen?
The MOBILISE / MOVEMENT screen that we would like you to complete is essentially a quick and easy way to screen your fundamental movements before you start training. By sending through your video we will be able to provide you feedback on your strengths and weaknesses with regards to your basic movement.
What you must remember is that if you train with a baseline of a poor quality of movement, the risk for injury is significantly increased or as we like to say "if you move poorly, you will perform poorly".
The number one goal we should all have with any exercise program is to prevent injury. This comes before any goal of fat loss, weight loss, muscle building, or performance enhancement. If you get hurt, then none of those goals even matter because you are unable to train.
How to complete my Movement screen?
We would like you to complete and record a full run through of the MOBILISE/Warm up routine as shown in the video below. Once completed, upload it to Youtube, Dropbox , Vimeo (unlisted, please) and send the link in the form below.
You will receive feedback and tips from us to highlighting any potential 'red flags' that you might need to be focussing on from the start of your training. The StrengthForEnduranceKIT review is only completed by certified trainers who have had years of experience and training.
