  • Cable/Pulley Machine

  • Box/Bench

What you'll need:

  • Resistance Bands

  • Barbell

  • Set of Dumbbell’s 5-10kg

  • Cable/Pulley Machine

  • Back Extension or Swiss Ball*

GYM SESSION 1

What you'll need:

  • Mini Resistance Band

  • Barbell/Trapbar

  • Pull Up Apparatus

  • Light Weight 5-10kg

  • Cable/Pulley Machine
