The compact StrengthForEnduranceKIT helps you to develop the foundations of strength training at home, whilst your away or by the trackside. It will provide you with the basic understanding and experience essential for your performance, keeping you injury free.
We understand that your time is precise, especially trying to juggle training, work, travel and family time, so we’ve broken things up into the simplest of steps. Whether you have 10 minutes or 45 minutes to spare you can experience the benefits of following our endurance specific strength program. The Mobility, Activation and Strength elements can be done on their own or as a complete session, allowing you to spend important time on your run, bike and swim sessions.
