What you’ll need:

  • Long Resistance Band

Mobility: Band Passover - 1 set of 10 reps

2-3 times through the following circuit:

  • Band Pull Apart - (10 - 25 reps)

  • Bent Over Pull Down - (10 - 25 reps)

  • Single Arm Overhead Press - (10 - 25 reps)

  • Face Pull - (10 - 25 reps)

  • Pull Through (Single arm optional) - (10 - 25 reps)

(Rest 45-60s between circuits)
