What you’ll need: Long Resistance Band

Mobility: Band Passover - 10 reps

2-3 times through the following circuit:

  • Band Pull Apart - 10-15 reps

  • Bent Over Pull Down - 10-15 reps

  • Single Arm Overhead Press - 10-15 reps

  • Face Pull - 10-15 reps

  • Pull Through (Single arm optional) - 10-15 reps

(Rest 45-60s between circuits)
