Professional Triathlete Linsey Corbin, has a stack of results and achievements to her professional career and 2016 saw her line up for her 10th Ironman World Championship race in Kona. Even though she notched up another top 15 result, simply racing on the island this year was reward enough. After an injury ridden 2015 Corbin has returned to fantastic form in 2016 with results including a 2nd place finish at Ironman Cairns (Asia Pacific Championship). The Strength For Endurance Network caught up with Corbin following her race in Cairns, where she explained how she worked closely with Strength & Conditioning Coach Jay Dicharry to rebuild her body after a long layoff.
