This program is designed for those who are already comfortable in a gym environment and competent with the foundation level exercises such as the Barbell Squat and Deadlift. This program will help take your gym training, strength and fitness to the next level by introducing more complexed movements, challenge your imbalances and develop your strength. 

Similar to our Foundation Program we will guide you through a 12 week plan broken into three four week blocks.

For this program you will need access to gym equipment including: a range of free weights such as dumbbells and kettle bells, barbell, pull up bar
