Knowing what Strength Training to do as well as how and when to do it can be confusing and frustrating, especially when you’re fitting it in around other training, work and family. This means you probably end up with no consistency and when you do get round to it it’s pretty random and not really giving you much benefit.

Our ‘SFE Athlete Pathway’ enables us to do the hard work for you. Our Coaches create an Ongoing and Individualised Training Program that gives you the structure, accountability and more importantly the results you need to stay strong, fast and injury free.

Step 1:

In a few questions we’ll ask you to provide us with information about your training, injuries, upcoming goals or races, previous strength training experience and what an average week looks like with regards to training, work and family life. The information you provide will allow us to start building a picture about the type of athlete you are and how you’ll begin your training pathway. You’ll then choose a time to book in with us for your Initial Consultation call.


Step 2:

As soon as we receive your information, our coaches start the process of mapping out your individualised training plan, which we will further build on during your Initial Consultation call. We’ll map out a visual timeline for you so that you can see your proposed training plan over the next 6-12months. You’ll have the opportunity to ask as many questions as you like, remember there are no silly questions so ask away! As a pathway athlete we’ll let you know what we expect from you and what you’ll get from us in return.

Step 3 :

Once you’ve started on your training pathway, you’ll receive a new program every 4-6 weeks, complete with progressions and video demonstrations. During these 4-6 weeks you can get in contact at any time via our messaging platform. At the end of every 4-6 week block we’ll check in and see how training is going, whether we need to stick on the program for a little longer or if you’re ready to progress on to the next phase. Our programming is incredibly flexible so if you’ve suddenly got an upcoming race, you’re going on holiday or you’ve got a little niggle, we’ll make sure you’ve got all the programming and resources you need to stay on track. And we’re always available if you get stuck, maybe don’t understand something, need to switch your training days up or want us to check your technique, just send us a message.
