We pride ourselves on bridging the gap between Physio and Performance. Performance doesn't have to mean Elite Sport it can refer to how you carry out daily tasks that when injured can be compromised. Whether you're in a frustrating cycle of constant injuries or you've suffered an unfortunate accident getting you back to full functional health and fitness is our priority.

"Running is my thing and like many runners I was stuck in a cycle of injury, recovery and trying to regain pre-injury running levels, which would sooner or later lead to another injury.

I signed up with Strength for Endurance just over 3 months ago with the hope of reducing the amount of injuries thereby allowing me to improve my running performance in terms of distances and speed. Since then the progress I have seen has far exceeded my expectations. Three months ago, I would struggle to complete 10 miles without picking up an injury that kept me out for weeks. Now I am doing 20 mile runs and able to repeat that on consecutive weekends.

Kris and Polly run excellent classes that build up mobility and strength regardless of the level you are starting from, in a positive, relaxed non-intimidating environment. The 1:1 sessions with Kriss for me have been key. Areas of muscle weakness, often the cause of injury, have been identified and sessions tailored to strengthen those areas. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Strength for Endurance to anyone." - Ralph
